playing dirty

If you want to spend some time this weekend playing in the dirt, consider volunteering with Soil Kitchen! This event, presented by Hill College House and spearheaded by Hill Faculty Fellow Jane Willenbring, will test for toxins in the soil of the Heinz Refuge. Representatives from the EPA will be on hand to answer questions. This is a great opportunity for all prospective bio, environmental science, or urban planning majors, or for any budding gardeners out there! Or, if you just like digging in the dirt and doing fun experiments – the Soil Kitchen is right up your alley as well! Go here for more info.
