the V word

The Vagina Monologues is an exciting tradition at Penn. This famous feminist treatise has been performed all over the world by thousands of people. Each year, a group of UPenn students, sponsored by the Penn Women’s Center, does their take on the performance to welcoming audiences. The first planning meeting is tonight (Monday, 9/10) at 5PM the Penn Women’s Center, located at 3643 Locust Walk.

The Vagina Monologues is a multifaceted international campaign fighting all forms of violence against women. Students can be involved in publicity, fundraising, awareness-raising, and as cast members in the Vagina Monologues production. For more information, click here.
